Day 3

South Island Tour — Volcanoes, Sacred Sites & Coloured Earth

• • A full-day South Mauritius tour — the Trou aux Cerfs volcanic crater at Curepipe, the sacred pilgrimage lake of Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao), and the undulating dunes of Chamarel’s Seven Coloured Earth.

Day 4

Le Morne Helicopter Experience — The Island from Above

• • The signature day — a scenic helicopter flight over Mauritius taking in the basalt interior, the turquoise lagoon and, past Le Morne Brabant, the famous underwater waterfall illusion, with a free afternoon near Le Morne Beach afterwards.

Day 5

Full Leisure Day — The Beach, the Pool & Whatever You Fancy

• • A full leisure day entirely your own — walk the beach, take a snorkelling trip if the lagoon is calling, book a spa treatment, or hire a kayak and paddle out past the reef.

Day 6

Departure — Farewell to Mauritius
