Twelve days takes in everything our shorter South Africa packages offer, plus a few experiences none of them include: a walk across the suspension bridge at Tsitsikamma National Park with an optional bungee jump at Bloukrans, a full wine-tasting day through Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, and a ferry crossing to Robben Island. It's also the only South Africa package where every domestic flight is already booked and included in the price — Johannesburg–Kruger, Kruger–Johannesburg, and Johannesburg–George all included, so there's nothing extra to arrange between destinations.

Everything you need to know
Day 1
Arrive in Johannesburg — Leisure Exploration
- • Arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport, meet your local representative, and transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure to relax or explore nearby dining options.
Day 2
Johannesburg to Kruger — Afternoon Safari
- • A scenic transfer to Kruger National Park, lodge check-in and lunch, then an afternoon safari game drive in search of wildlife. Dinner and overnight inside the park.
Day 3
Full-Day Safari Adventure
- • An early start for a full-day safari exploring diverse wildlife habitats, with a picnic lunch in the wilderness. Dinner and overnight in Kruger National Park.
Day 4
Kruger to Johannesburg — Scenic Return
- • Check out and transfer to the airport for the return flight to Johannesburg, with lunch during travel. Hotel check-in on arrival, evening at leisure.
Day 5
Fly to George — Leisure Day
- • Transfer to the airport for a flight to George, then on to your accommodation. A leisure evening to relax before the Garden Route excursions begin.
Day 6
Tsitsikamma & Plettenberg Bay Adventure
- • A day trip to Tsitsikamma National Park, walking the scenic suspension bridge with an optional bungee jump at Bloukrans Bridge. Continue to Plettenberg Bay for lunch before returning to George.
Day 7
Oudtshoorn Caves & Ostrich Farm Tour
- • Visit Oudtshoorn for a guided exploration of the Cango Caves, then an ostrich farm and wildlife ranch, before returning to George.
Day 8
Transfer to Cape Town — Scenic Journey
- • A scenic overland transfer to Cape Town, with hotel check-in on arrival and the evening free at leisure.
Day 9
Cape Peninsula Tour & Penguin Viewing
- • A full-day Cape Peninsula tour: Cape Point, the Cape of Good Hope, and penguin viewing at Boulders Beach, with lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Cape Town.
Day 10
Cape Winelands Tour
- • A day through the wine regions of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, with wine tastings and a vineyard lunch before returning to Cape Town.
Day 11
Robben Island & Cape Town City Tour
- • A ferry to Robben Island (weather permitting), followed by an afternoon Cape Town city tour exploring local landmarks and neighbourhoods.
Day 12
Departure from Cape Town
- • Breakfast at the hotel, check out, and transfer to Cape Town International Airport — closing out twelve days that covered safari, Garden Route adventure, and the very best of Cape Town.
