Everything you need to know
Day 1
Arrive in Johannesburg — Leisure Day
- • A local representative meets you at Johannesburg Airport for the transfer to your accommodation. The rest of the day is free to explore the city or simply rest before the safari begins.
Day 2
Transfer to Kruger National Park — Game Drive
- • Fly to Kruger after breakfast (flight not included), transfer to your safari accommodation, then head out on the first game drive in the afternoon — searching for lion, rhino, buffalo, elephant and leopard.
Day 3
Kruger National Park — Big Five Safari
- • A full safari day: a sunrise game drive before breakfast, leisure time mid-morning, then a second afternoon game drive continuing the search for the Big Five and other wildlife.
Day 4
Transfer to Cape Town — Leisure Day
- • One last early-morning game drive before breakfast, then a flight to Cape Town (flight not included). The rest of the day is free to explore the city or relax after the safari.
Day 5
Half-Day Cape Town City Tour
- • A half-day tour covering the Table Mountain cable car (weather permitting), the colourful Bo-Kaap district, historic landmarks, and the V&A Waterfront for shopping and dining.
Day 6
Cape Peninsula Tour — Seal Island Cruise
- • A full-day scenic drive along the Cape Peninsula toward the Cape of Good Hope, with a cruise to Seal Island to view seals and seabirds (weather permitting).
Day 7
Departure from Cape Town
- • Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your onward flight — closing out a week that covered both the Big Five and the Cape coastline.
