- • Visit the following highlights: Curepipe – the “City of Light” Historic Marine – traditional ship model craftsmanship Trou aux Cerfs – dormant volcanic crater with panoramic views Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao) – sacred Hindu site with 33-meter Shiva statue Chamarel Seven Colored Earth & Chamarel Waterfall – stunning geological formations
